Stillwater Trolly

The first electric streetcars came to Stillwater in 1893. While the old rails are gone, their legacy lives on with historical trolley tours around town. Residents of the area today are seen to be walking their dogs, visiting the farmers market or even painting plein air (ahem).
In years gone by, one Stillwater resident even remembers a woman who used to walk her de-scented skunk around town. The family was apparently fond of exotic pets and even had a monkey!
